Vendor Guidelines & Standards

To keep the market safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, all vendors must follow these standards. Our team conducts friendly checks during setup and throughout the evening.

  • Operating hours: 5:30–9:30 PM (no early breakdown without approval).
  • Merchandise must be legal, family-appropriate, and clearly priced.
  • Food vendors comply with health-department rules (temps, gloves, labels).
  • Each 10’x10’ canopy requires secure weights (minimum 25 lb per leg); wind checks may be performed during the evening.
  • Power use must match your approved load; bring 50-ft outdoor-rated cords.
  • Waste policy: pack-in/pack-out. Use recycling/compost when provided.
  • Insurance: COI naming organizer & city as additional insured (food and trucks required; makers strongly encouraged).
  • Sound: no amplified music at booths; stage audio is centrally managed.
  • Weather: rain or shine; severe conditions may pause or postpone for safety.
  • Respect neighbors: maintain clear aisles and keep displays within your footprint.
